【Product features】
The product features of the Foton Ouman high-speed rail track joint sealant are single-component, easy to apply, and can be directly applied manually or with a pneumatic glue gun. It adheres firmly to concrete and generally does not require a primer. With low modulus and high displacement capacity, it can adapt to the expansion and shear deformation of high-speed rail track joints without causing damage to the surface of the colloid and concrete substrate. High resistance to high and low temperatures, the product can maintain excellent performance for a long time within the temperature range of -60℃ to 150℃ after curing; extremely outstanding resistance to weathering. There are basically no maintenance costs in the later stage. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

【Usage Restrictions】
It cannot be used for construction in a closed environment. Not suitable for frosted or damp concrete surfaces: Freshly poured concrete must be cured in dry weather for at least 28 days before application. If it rains during the process, an additional day of drying must be added for each rainy day. For fast-completed roadbeds or when there is a need to increase the proportion of fast-drying concrete, please contact the technical service department of Ouman Company
During construction, it must be lower than the roadbed and base to prevent wear and tear from sleepers, vehicles, pedestrians and snow blowers, etc. When the surface temperature of the base material is below 4℃ or above 40℃, construction is not advisable.
