【Product Description】

OmT902 silicone weather-resistant sealant is a one-component, non-sagging, and neutral-curing sealant. It can be easily extruded and used under most ambient temperatures, and cures to form a durable and elastic silicone sealant by reacting with water vapor in the air.

【Application method】

【Surface cleaning】

Remove all impurities and contaminants such as grease, dust, water stains, frost, surface dirt, residual sealant, glass assembly accessories and protective coatings remaining at the joints and assembly parts.

【Packaging】

Sausage packaging: 750g/ piece, 20 pieces/ box

【Injection of glue】

Install the backing material, isolation pads, isolation rods and adhesive tapes, etc. as required. The area connected to the joint should be covered with masking tape to ensure the neatness and beauty of the sealant sealing line.

For non-porous material surfaces, good adhesion is usually achieved without the need for a primer. However, for some porous material surfaces, a primer may be required to ensure good adhesion. It is recommended to conduct a adhesion test before the commencement of the project.

Continuously squeeze in and fill the joints with 0M902 silicone weather-resistant sealant (the sealant can be applied using pneumatic glue guns and other glue injection equipment).

When the surface of OM T902 silicone weather-resistant sealant has not yet formed a skin, press the sealant flat against the backing material and the joint surface with appropriate force, and smooth out the surface of the sealant.

After the leveling is completed, immediately remove the masking tape. Do not use liquids such as water, soapy water or alcohol to help level it.

【Storage and Expiration Date】

Well-packaged products can be stored for 12 months in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place and used before the "validity period" of the product's outer packaging.
